What we collect, why, and what we do not do. This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and carries no advertising pixels — so most of what a privacy policy usually has to disclose does not apply here.

1. This website
This marketing site does not set tracking cookies, does not run an analytics product and does not embed advertising or social pixels. You can read every page on it without identifying yourself.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, request time, page requested, browser user agent — for security and for diagnosing faults. We do not join those logs to any other record.
2. When you contact us
The enquiry form on this site does not transmit anything to us on its own. It composes a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your own mail client.
When you do email us, we keep what you sent — your name, business, contact details and what you told us about your operation — so that we can reply and, if you become a customer, so we understand your business. We keep it as long as we have a commercial relationship or a live conversation, and delete on request.
3. When you subscribe
To provide the service we hold your business details, the named users you create, and the operational data you enter. Payments are handled by our payment gateway: we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the details needed to invoice you, and we never see or store your card number.
4. Data your business puts into the system
The system holds records about your customers, your vendors and your employees, because a factory cannot be run without them. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor: you decide what goes in and why, and we process it on your instructions to deliver the service.
Where the system captures employee attendance, gate movement, photographic quality evidence or CCTV integration, you are responsible for telling the people concerned and for having a lawful basis to do it.
5. Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary, and only with providers that process it on our behalf:
Cloud hosting and content delivery, to run the service
The payment gateway, to take payment and issue receipts
Email and communication providers, to send the messages the system sends on your behalf
AI model providers, to interpret documents, photographs and conversations where a plan uses those features
Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it
6. AI processing
Interpretation features send the relevant content — a document, a photograph, a voice note, a message thread — to a model provider to be read. We do not permit that content to be used to train third-party models.
Anything that must be exact is computed by our own deterministic code, not by a model. That is a design rule, and it is also a privacy property: your costing and your dimensions are not sent anywhere to be guessed at.
7. Security
Access is role-based and audited. Evidence capture is hash-chained and verified server-side, so records cannot be quietly altered after the fact. Data is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what we know.
8. Retention
We keep customer data while the subscription is active. After it ends, read access to history remains available and you can export at any time. We keep invoices and tax records for as long as Indian law requires. Enquiries that never became customers are deleted on request.
9. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@magnitudeintelligence.ai and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are an employee or customer of one of our subscribers and want your data corrected or removed, ask that business first — they control it. We will support them in doing it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will tell subscribers by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
These pages are the binding version. If anything here contradicts something you were told in a conversation, tell us — one of the two is wrong and we would like to know which.
