Machine Studio downloads
Twenty files a month are included. After that you buy credits.
A CAM programmer costs upward of ₹60,000 a month and takes about two hours per file. Credits are priced against that, and the per-file cost falls as volume rises.
International pricing: $60/month, $450 onboarding, $5 per file falling to $3 at volume. International pricing is billed in USD. Indian customers are billed in INR plus 18% GST.

How long does implementation take?
Every plan includes a guided setup where the system is configured around how your business actually operates — your products, your rate bank, your vendors, your stages. Intelligence Core is typically running inside two weeks. Business Intelligence takes longer because drawings, BOMs and production stages have to be modelled against your real work.
Do we have to replace our existing accounting or ERP?
No. Magnitude Intelligence is designed to sit above an ERP, not instead of one. Purchase orders, bills, invoices and inventory can continue to live in your existing system — the agents read and write to it over its API so that nobody has to log into it manually.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Your data is never held hostage. An expired licence stops new work being created — no order release, no purchase orders, no agent runs — but read access to your own history stays open, and safety-critical functions like attendance and gate records keep working. You can export at any time.
Our team is not technical. Will they actually use it?
That is the design constraint the whole system was built under. Our own floor staff use it daily. Workers see the one job in front of them, supervisors see what is stuck, and the AI assistant takes voice notes in the language people already speak on a factory floor.
Can we start on one plan and move up?
Yes, and most businesses should. Start on Intelligence Core to get orders, quotations and customers into one place, then move to Business Intelligence once you want drawings, BOMs and production running through the same spine.
Is the price per user or per business?
Per business. Each plan includes a seat count, and additional seats are charged monthly at the rate shown on that plan. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
What is a machine-ready file, and why is it priced separately?
Machine Studio converts a drawing into a file your CNC can actually run — with your post-processor, your tool library and your material library. That profiling is real engineering work per machine, which is why there is a one-time onboarding fee. Downloads are included monthly and then priced per file, so a shop cutting 400 files a month pays proportionately more than one cutting 20.
