Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the period you paid for runs out. We do not refund part-used months, and we say so here rather than in a clause you find later.

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. You keep full access until that date.
We do not refund part-used months. If you cancel on day three of a billing month, you keep the service for the rest of that month and we do not return the balance.
When the paid period ends the system stops creating new work — no order release, no purchase orders, no agent runs. Read access to your own history stays open, and safety-critical functions such as attendance and gate records keep working. You can export your data at any point.
Machine Studio onboarding is a one-time fee per machine that pays for real engineering work: profiling your post-processor, tool library, material library, feeds and speeds, then validating with a test cut.
It is fully refundable until that work starts. Once we have begun profiling your machine it is not refundable, because the work has been done whether or not you go on to subscribe.
Credit packs are prepaid and never expire, so unused credits are not lost and are not refunded. Credits already spent on generated files cannot be returned.
If you were charged in error — billed twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for seats you never had — tell us and we will refund it in full. That is a mistake on our side, not a cancellation, and this policy does not limit it.
If a prolonged failure on our side makes the service unusable for a material part of a billing period, contact us. We would rather credit you than argue about it.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, along with the GST charged on the refunded amount, and are processed within seven working days of approval. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank or card issuer.
Email hello@magnitudeintelligence.ai from an address associated with your account, telling us the business name and what you want. We will confirm in writing. We do not require you to phone anyone or sit through a retention conversation.
